NDIS — Social & Community Participation
A fully equipped, facilitator-led group gaming experience delivered directly to your venue. Designed to support Social and Community Participation goals for NDIS participants aged 8–18. We bring everything — you bring your people.
The Process
Reach out via the form or give us a call. We'll confirm availability, group size, any accessibility needs, and your venue details.
We issue a simple Service Agreement and tax invoice to your organisation. You claim through the relevant NDIS support line items — we handle none of that paperwork.
We're there before the session starts. Up to 6 screens, consoles, controllers, gaming chairs, and headsets — fully set up at your venue. You don't lift a finger.
We run the session — onboarding participants, guiding gameplay, encouraging interaction. Your support workers stay focused on their participants.
We pack everything up after the session. Space left exactly as we found it. Zero cleanup from your team.
Recurring bookings available for regular weekly or fortnightly programs. Lock in a schedule and we'll be there, every time.
Why It Works
Multiplayer games like Minecraft and Fortnite demand teamwork, communication, and shared goals — building real social bonds in an environment participants already enjoy.
Participants experience genuine mastery and success — particularly valuable for those who find traditional social settings intimidating or overwhelming.
Minecraft and Roblox support problem-solving, spatial reasoning, creativity, and planning — meaningful cognitive participation for any ability level.
For participants who disengage from traditional group activities — especially young people with autism — gaming is a proven pathway into participation. They show up because they want to.
Many NDIS participants already game at home. Bridging that into a supported group context creates natural, low-resistance participation without anxiety.
Offer something participants genuinely want to attend. Better engagement improves outcomes, strengthens relationships, and sets your program apart.
Session Inclusions
Session Pricing
Recurring program discount: Book 4 or more sessions in advance and receive 10% off. Weekend sessions attract a $50 surcharge. Travel outside the Bendigo CBD may incur an additional travel fee — contact us to confirm before booking.
For NDIS Providers
Next Player Gaming is not a registered NDIS provider. Sessions are booked and invoiced directly to your registered organisation. Your team claims against the relevant NDIS support categories on behalf of each participant — we provide the tax invoice your finance team needs to process the cost.

Before You Book
All group program bookings are governed by our Group Program Services Terms and Conditions. These are separate to our standard party hire terms and are written specifically for registered NDIS providers and community organisations.
The document covers everything you need to review before confirming a booking — including pricing and invoicing, payment terms, cancellation policy, equipment responsibility, safeguarding obligations, insurance, and NDIS compliance responsibilities.
We recommend sharing this document with your finance, compliance, or operations team prior to your first booking. By confirming a booking with Next Player Gaming, your organisation agrees to be bound by these terms.
Have a question about anything in the document? Call or email us — we're happy to talk it through.
